Our Free Consultation is where all our enquires start. The first step in bringing your dream project to life! During this initial session, we gather project details, discuss the scope of work, and start crafting a customised design to suit your needs. As stated, this step is completely free.

Scope of works

A minor scope of works to outline the basic needs your project is looking to fulfil. Along with a cost estimate for the details you have provided.

Preliminary Quotation

Our preliminary Quotation is where things start to get real for your project. This crucial stage allows us to delve deep into your project requirements, providing you with comprehensive plans, cost estimates, and other essential documents to bring your vision to life.

Detailed Scope of works

A scope of works to outline the works and items involved and included in your specific project. Along with a detailed estimate for your project.

Custom plans

This a a set of plans customised to your specific project. Drawn to suit your needs, for your home with your inclusions factored in.

We added a second story to our home & are absolutely thrilled with the end result!

David & his team were awesome, very approachable & had great communication throughout the build so we always knew what was happening next.

David offered some great advice when we were planning & had to make decisions, the overall process was nowhere near as daunting as we thought it would be!

Was also great that we could continue to live in the house with minimal disruption until right near the end when the stairs were ready to go in!

I would just like to thank Dave and his team for the fantastic job that was done on my home, from a single story to a modern double story. It has now more than doubled and the space is so just a delight. All my friends think it was a knock down and rebuild because it’s just so different and beautiful!

Throughout the entire process, Dave kept me informed along the way and I knew exactly what to expect and on what day, so I could work my life around it.
