Project Scope
The project involved a comprehensive transformation of both the first floor and ground floor spaces. On the first floor, a stunning master bedroom was added, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in robe. Two additional bedrooms with built-in robes were also included, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and a luxurious freestanding bath. A spacious lounge room on the first floor provides a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation.
On the ground floor, significant changes were made to enhance functionality and flow. The existing master bedroom was converted into a stylish and functional study, while walls and nooks were removed to create a seamless walkway from the front entry/foyer to the open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen and living room underwent a remodel with walls removed to create a spacious and modern design. The existing laundry was repurposed into a convenient butler's pantry, and a dedicated workspace was created for a home business. The existing bathroom was transformed into a practical laundry area.
To maximize natural light and create a seamless connection to the outdoors, the back sliding door was relocated, and a four-stacker sliding door was installed. The external facade of the house was beautifully rendered, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall design.
This project showcases meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to design and functionality. The result is a transformed living space that combines style and practicality, offering the homeowners a comfortable and modern home to enjoy.
This project encompasses a meticulously designed home that prioritizes open living and a strong sense of family connection. The kitchen and family room seamlessly blend into a spacious open area, creating an inviting atmosphere for shared moments and quality time together. Along with a second living room that can be utilised as a rumpus room or theatre room.
The bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed with modern living in mind. Each bedroom features built-in robes, providing ample storage space to maintain a neat and organized environment. The focus on functionality ensures that every aspect of contemporary life is accommodated with ease.
The main bathroom is a spacious retreat, offering a comprehensive range of amenities for ultimate comfort. It boasts a large freestanding bath, ensuring a luxurious bathing experience and a serene ambience.
The master bedroom presents a haven of tranquillity, featuring a full room-width walk-in robe that caters to all storage needs. The ensuite is equally spacious and boasts a double bowl vanity, allowing for a private sanctuary within the home.
To enhance practicality, the laundry provides direct access to the backyard, streamlining daily chores. Additionally, it includes its own additional toilet, adding convenience and functionality.
The home has been intelligently designed to accommodate storage needs. It incorporates a two-door linen cupboard and a generously sized shelved storage room, ensuring ample space to keep belongings organized and easily accessible. The garage is a double-car garage with ample driveway space, providing secure parking for family vehicles.
Situated on a block with a significant elevation slope, careful consideration was given to the land's topography. To avoid excessive drops at the rear of the home or a deep drop in the front retaining wall, the land was strategically cut, and the house was stepped, harmonizing the construction with the natural contours of the land.
In summary, this project encompasses a thoughtfully designed home that embraces open living, modern amenities, and functional spaces. It seamlessly combines style and functionality to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, meeting the needs of contemporary family living.

Collaborating closely with the client, we crafted private spaces that exude warmth and coziness, fostering a strong sense of togetherness and comfort for precious family moments.
On the other hand, the public and entertaining areas of the home were thoughtfully designed to offer an open and spacious atmosphere, ideal for hosting unforgettable gatherings with loved ones.
